Service Nature & Refund Eligibility
Our services are digital, service-based, and executed through manual guest posting outreach. As such, refunds are handled on case-to-case basis and may be approved only under valid grounds such as:

These are considered normal conditions of third-party publishing and SEO environments.
Publisher Rejection Scenarios
If a selected publisher rejects a submission due to niche conflict, content quality, or editorial restrictions, we may:
✔ Suggest an alternative domain
✔ Offer equivalent or higher valued site
✔ Credit balance for future orders
User preference will be considered but final discretion depends on publisher availability and niche compatibility.
Replacement Policy
Replacement may apply when:
✔ Publisher modifies published link within 30 days in a way that affects placement intent
✔ Link does not appear within agreed content type (contextual body link vs. sidebar/footer)
✔ Wrong niche/domain placed due to internal error
Replacement is not valid for:
✗ Traffic declines
✗ Domain authority/metric fluctuation
✗ Search engine algorithm changes
✗ Publisher restructuring or redesign
Pricing & Availability Fluctuation
Marketplace domains and publishers are independent entities. Their:
– Pricing
– Guidelines
– Editorial terms
– Availability
may change at any time. These changes do not qualify for refunds unless the order becomes impossible to fulfill.
Dispute Timeline
Users must raise disputes within 5 business days of placement or update. Post window, service is considered accepted & completed.
Billing & Processing
Refunds may be issued as:

✔ Store credit
✔ Alternative placement credit
Processing time may vary depending on payment gateway and banking systems.
Chargeback Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks violate Terms & may result in:
